Terms of Use for This Website

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply when you use kickedadopted.garden and the services offered through it by Kickedadopted Tree Service. If you use the website, call the phone number on it or send a form, you accept these terms. This page is a general template and is not legal advice.

What We Do

Kickedadopted Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We put homeowners in touch with independent tree removal providers. We do not remove trees, grind stumps, trim branches or clear storm damage. We are also not a party to any agreement between you and a provider.

Providers Work Independently

The providers you are connected with run their own businesses. They alone are responsible for their quotes, prices, scheduling, workmanship, safety practices, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or control them. We make no promises about when they are available, how fast they respond, or what their work will achieve.

Before you hire anyone, we suggest you check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance and get a written quote.

General Information, Not Advice

The content here is for general information only. It is not arborist, legal, insurance or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures that vary by job, and they are not quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider and, when it applies, with your insurer and local permit office.

What We Ask of You

Please give accurate information when you contact us. Use this website only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse it, disrupt how it works or try to get in without permission.

Contact by Phone, Text or Email

When you call or send a form, you agree that we and the provider we connect you with may reach you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing contact@kickedadopted.garden.

Ownership of Content

The content and design of this website belong to Kickedadopted Tree Service or its licensors. Please do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

As far as the law allows, Kickedadopted Tree Service is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using this website, from a provider's services, or from any agreement between you and a provider. The website is offered "as is", without warranties of any kind.

Changes to These Terms

We may change these terms at any time. If you keep using the website after a change, you accept the new terms.
